19 Parati rowers raced in 5 events at US Rowing Youth Nationals in Bradenton, Florida June 6-9, facing the best rowers in the country. The Women’s lightweight 8+ finished 11th, with Kory Rogers taking 12th in the Men’s 1x. The Men’s 2- finished 15th, and the Women’s 2- and Men’s 4+ finished 21st each. This young team shows bright promise for the future! Only 2 of the 19 athletes racing at Youth Nationals for Parati were Seniors, and 3 in the Women’s lightweight 8+ were 8th graders. US Rowing Youth Nationals is the most prestigious youth rowing event in the nation and we are very proud of these great rowers.
