Parati travelled to Waco to race on October 10th and came home well decorated for our efforts, winning 5 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals. Taking gold in singles were Lindsey Brown in the Women’s Jr 1x and Emmi Dolan in the Novice Women’s Jr 1x. Lindsey Brown and Grace Butero dominated in the Women’s Jr 2x and also in the Women’s Jr 4x along with Maddie Prator and Katie Dolan. Jack Schofield and Eddie Smith took gold in the Men’s Jr 2x, with Cooper Jones and Eduardo Merida winning silver. To complete the sweep in that event, Reid Marlow and Cam Hayden captured a bronze. Also winning a bronze was Sam Schofield in the Men’s Novice 1x. Parati is geared up for a great showing at the Pumpkinhead regatta on Halloween.
